When you change the way look at things : the things you look at, change

Posted by sanblr on February 27th, 2009

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for visiting my blog again; – today I wanted to write another topic which just made me to rethink the whole perspective of what we see, hear and discuss. It just fascinated me so much …. !!! so wanted share this with everyone. Comments and discussions are welcome.

The topic is called “Intention”. I started with a title called ” When you change the way look at change, the thing you look at, change“. This I recently heard in one of the conference not sure of the actual source.

From past couple of months if you were switched on your Television or Read through news paper or called one of your close relative / friends most of them would start with “FAMILY to GLOBAL PROBLEM , Recession”.

Are we the reason for the problem around us !!! I believe we are.

Imagine this small story:

Lets say you had a good late dinner, and wanted to go out for a small drive, so u took your key, by mistake you just dropped on the floor. Suddenly power goes off !!!! So u started searching for the key…. then your eyes goes across the window and u see their is a street light… something tells your mind “Why search in Dark when u have light on the other side” and u go out and start searching in the Street, later one of your close friend and neighbor sees and also start searching….. one more women who is doing after dinner walking also joins the party. All of us is searching…. after 10 minutes the women asks “Are you sure you dropped your key here…..” then u say “Ohm… no I actually dropped my key in the house”. Both of them start laughing…….. and they walk away.

Our position in today global problem is also in the same way.

We have some how invited the crisis by our own Intent. We have allowed, ignored and encouraged many which shouldn’t have been their.

Lets hope today or tomorrow or at least day after people will realize and start seeing the Truth from their own eye and work towards the betterment of their own life. Like my father used to say “Don’t care how better you are than others you just need to be better than yesterday”.

Have a good day to all of you. May God bless the world.

Is America using Blacks to clean their house to whitehouse !!!

Posted by sanblr on November 16th, 2008

No man will change for the better until he sees the need for it
- Socrates

This is one of thoughts of mine ! and nothing personal against any racism / individual / Government or feelings of people – Its simply focuses on moves of the power.

Today when I was talking to one of my family member a thought passed “is Black people used to clean the mess of their leaving Houses to WhiteHouse ”

Is the top eligible Candidates for USA presidency knowingly didn’t wanted to stand for the election simply because of the mess Bush’s and previous USA Government created which is hitting the entire world.

I remember one of my friend and professor in IISC said once when you want to know how far the water flows from one to other end you have to stand in that much highest point.

Is the people who have grown beyond the Government simply didn’t want to put their head now !! and they purposefully allowed the present president to occupy the place.

If you look behind 1000’s of years we have seen only upward growth and human being is the only animal who stands in the top when it comes to survival of the fittest. So their is no way this world is going to end for any “Global Warming / Nuclear war fare” but only gets better with the fear of the same. And this so called slowdown is just for the common / middle class people like us who will be majorly effected and need to be adjusted. How far we will be successfully only time can tell [%s here and their].

For most people, having more money, more freedom, more security and more success is a desire. They think it would really be great to have it. But they can live without it, if they had to. As a result, they never take action as something more important always comes up to fill up their time.

The point of discussion I was looking is “The factor non sustainable greed by middle / Low class people is what created this huge turmoil”

Your suggestions and comments is greatly appreciated.

We Master Our Minds so We Can Design Our Destiny

Posted by sanblr on November 14th, 2008

Today while going through one of the famous book i found this article and wanted to share with every one, and begin my first posting.

There was once a professor who wanted to go down a river, so he approached a local boatman who agreed to row him downstream for a small sum of money.

As they wound their way down the river, the professor decides to show off his intelligence and high education so he started to test the simple boatman.

Taking up a stone he had picked up from the riverbank, the professor arrogantly asks the boatman, ‘Have you ever studied Geology?’ The boatman looks at him blankly and replies, ‘Eh…, no.’, hardly even understanding what the word meant.

‘Then, I am afraid 25 percent of your life is gone!’ the professor loftily says. The boatman feels really bad about his ignorance but continues to row on.

As they move further downstream, the river currents begin to get stronger and stronger. The professor picks up a leaf floating on the river and asks condescendingly, ‘Boatman, have you ever studied Botany?’ Confused the poor boatman again says, ‘No.’

The professor shakes his head and says, ‘Tsk tsk, then 50 percent of your life is gone.’ He then signals him to carry on rowing. As they move further downstream, the currents get even stronger, the water is moving faster and the boat begins to sway violently.

Suddenly the professor sees a mountain range, points to it and asks,‘Do you know anything about Geography?’ Feeling very inferior and humiliated, the boatman again says ‘No.’

The professor snaps back. ‘I thought so. Then 75 percent of your life is gone!’

At this point, the river has become a raging torrent. The water is moving so swiftly that the boatman loses control of the small boat. Suddenly, the fragile craft smashes against a huge boulder, springs a leak
and begins to sink.

This time the boatman turns to the professor and asks, ‘Professor! Do you know how to swim?’ The professor fearfully replies, ‘No!’

‘Then, I am afraid 100 percent of your life is gone!’ says the boatman as he leaps off the boat and powers his way to safety on the shore.

Just like the river, we are living in times of rapid and evolutionary changes. Is the river of life going to get faster and more unpredictable? You bet! This is only just the beginning.
